Frequently asked questions
How long does the visa process take?
It varies widely by country, visa type, season and appointment availability. In the first consultation we map out a realistic timeline based on current conditions, but the decision time is set by the consulate.
Do I need to attend the application in person?
Most countries collect biometrics (fingerprints and a photo), so applicants usually have to attend the application centre in person. Some countries, such as the United States, also hold a consular interview.
How do I hand over my documents?
You can bring them to our office or send scanned copies by email or WhatsApp. You will need the originals with you on the day of your application.
What happens if the consulate asks for more documents?
Consulates may request additional documents during assessment. If that happens, we interpret the request with you and help you prepare what is needed in time.
