Depending on the service, we may process identity data (name, date of birth, national ID number), contact data (phone, email, address), passport and travel data, previous visa and travel history, professional and education data, financial documents and other information contained in documents required for a visa application.

When you visit our website, the hosting infrastructure may keep limited access logs such as IP address and browser information for security and technical operation.

We process personal data to provide visa consultancy, prepare and check your application file, complete application forms, support you with appointments, communicate with you, meet our legal obligations and keep our website secure.

We collect data through WhatsApp, phone, email and in-person meetings, from documents you provide. Processing relies on the grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interest; and, where required, your explicit consent.

By the nature of a visa application, and at your request, your data may be transmitted to the embassy or consulate of the destination country and its authorised visa application centre. Such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Data may also be shared, only as necessary, with competent public authorities under legal obligations and with our communication and hosting providers. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to that platform's privacy terms.

We keep personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met and notification of these actions to third parties; object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send requests by email together with information verifying your identity. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
