What does a visa consultancy do?
A visa consultancy helps you choose the right visa type, prepare complete documents, fill in application forms and manage the appointment process. At Vera in Ankara, we plan that whole process together with you.
Does using a consultancy guarantee my visa?
No. Only the destination country's consulate decides, and no consultancy can guarantee approval. Our job is to make your application as complete, consistent and strong as possible.
How early should I start my visa application?
We generally recommend starting preparation at least a few months before you travel. Schengen applications can be lodged no earlier than 6 months and no later than 15 days before the trip, and appointments can be scarce in busy seasons.
Can I use Vera if I live outside Ankara?
Yes. Our office is in Çankaya, Ankara, but we can run the consultation and most of the document preparation over WhatsApp, phone and email from anywhere in Türkiye.
